What the photo doesn't show

A photo shows you the apartment, not what's around it: what the building has been through, what's planned across the street, and what nearby apartments really sold for. We read all of that together, and tell you what it means for the apartment in front of you: whether the view will really stay, whether the price makes sense, and what's worth knowing before you fall in love.

Whoever is selling to you isn't neutral

A listing presents a property at its best, and that's its job. But what gets highlighted isn't always what matters to you, and what goes unmentioned is sometimes exactly what will shape your decision. We read the full picture from your side, and tell you what's meaningful for you, good or less good.

You see dozens of listings, and most of them aren't really a fit. Here we're your gatekeeper: before you drive out, we check the apartment against what matters to you, and tell you whether it's worth your time or better saved for the next one.

Why work with an agent at all?
You buy an apartment once or twice in a lifetime. We do this every day: what the building has been through, what's planned nearby, and what apartments like this really sold for. That way you walk into the negotiation with information, not a feeling.
How much does it cost and when do we pay?
The fee is set by the deal, and agreed with you in advance and in writing, no surprises. You pay only when the deal closes. Nothing upfront.
Do we need a written brokerage agreement?
Yes, that's what Israeli law requires, and that's how we always work. A written document sets out exactly what we agreed, and protects both you and us.
Which areas do you cover?
We focus on the Krayot, north of Haifa, and collect data on them every day: Kiryat Bialik, Kiryat Motzkin, Kiryat Yam, Kiryat Ata, and Kiryat Haim in Haifa.
